Bipsha Pradhananga
Founder, Trustee-
Based in the UK, with a background in global consulting, she brings strong expertise in strategy and partnership‑building to drive sustainable, community‑led change.
At Street Souls, Bipsha leads Street Souls’ long‑term vision, partnerships and creative storytelling, grounded in her continued hands‑on animal welfare work in Nepal to rewrite the narrative for street animals.
Zohaib Mir
Trustee-
Through his role at EQ Investors, a B Corp-certified firm, Zohaib has exposure to how charitable foundations such as the EQ Foundation operate, particularly around governance and responsible use of funds.
At Street Souls, Zohaib provides financial oversight and long-term planning, helping ensure the organisation can grow sustainably and maximise the impact of every donation.
Conor Stuart
Trustee -
Conor's connection to Street Souls is deeply personal. Having travelled to Nepal several times, he's seen firsthand the impact that animal welfare initiatives have on street animals and the local communities that care for them. He believes with the right strategy and resources, street animals can coexist in harmony.
At Street Souls, Conor acts as a strategic partner, overseeing the talent strategy and organisational culture, ensuring that operations are not only compliant and fair but also deeply aligned with the mission
Chris Quinn
Trustee-
At Street Souls, Chris brings a systemic lens to questions of animal welfare and emerging social movements. He has a strong interest in creative storytelling and the power of narrative to drive change, and has contributed significantly to how the charity understands its impact, combining quantitative measures with the reading of signals, patterns and shifts over time.
Kat Thomas
Trustee-
Over the past two decades, she has worked with a wide range of consumer brands and organisations, earning more than 100 awards for her creative work both in the UK and internationally.
At Street Souls, Kat brings her creative and strategic eye to our communications and profile‑building, helping to amplify our mission and how we show up in the world.
